| [ Hall and kitchen ] |
The house is entered via a small hall. To the left is the kitchen fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and mixer. There is a table and chairs for winter breakfasts or snacks for up to 4 people. To the rear is a utility room with 2nd fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The whole is serviced with ample cupboard space. There is a guest cloakroom accessed from the hall. |
| [ Lounge ] |
To the right of the hallway is the lounge and dining room with plenty of space to relax comfortably. There is satellite television with a video and dvd and radio and hi-fi. There is a selection of videos and dvds including some for children and some cds. The local video store stocks multi-language dvds. There are also games and jigsaws for those days when you just have to stay in out of the sun. There is a log fire for people staying out of season.

| [ Bedrooms ] |
Leading off from the lounge on the ground floor there are two spacious air conditioned double bedrooms which can be either twins or 180cms king sized doubles. Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom with wc bidet bath and shower. These two ground floor bedrooms make the house very accessible for people who find steps difficult. Both bedrooms have French windows leading out to their own terraces and the garden. Stairs lead up to the first floor king sized double bedroom which in turn gives access to the fourth bedroom with bunk beds suitable for two children. The upstairs bedroom is en suite with fully equipped bathroom including toilet and shower. Any/all of the bedrooms can accommodate a cot for a baby. |
| [ Exterior ] |
Outside and adjacent to the kitchen is a covered terrace with barbeque which is really the main summer living room, essential for lunch times in summer when it is just too hot to sit outside, and for evenings when the dew falls. Most people live out here in summer. Along the south front of the house is an open terrace which is also convenient for the kitchen. We have lunch on this terrace between the orange and the lemon trees throughout the winter. Even in January, February there are many days when it is warm enough to eat outside and watch the sun reflected from the Mediterranean in the distance. There are five other terraces and a large sunlounger terrace by the pool, so there is plenty of opportunity to be private and quiet even if in a family party. The garden is on two levels with lawns on the main level and steps leading down to the pool which is on a lower level. The upper terrace and lawns are fenced as is the lower terrace. |
| [ The pool ] |
The pool is 16.5 metres long (6 laps to 100 metres) and 3 metres at its deepest. There is a banquette at the shallow end which is perfect just for lounging in the water, either with the children, or with a (plastic)glass of champagne. Regretably we are no longer able to provide inflatables for the pool but these can be obtained locally very cheaply. |
